    Young man you have got the X-Factor, but with that doesn't mean the path will be easy. In each area you will need to be the best, not just good, but the very best.
    Effort will meet opportunity, but your efforts in fitness, finances & focus will require 100% dedication.
    Aim high never give up, never. The last 16 year old I gave that advice to won the Indy 500, so it does work.
    And never get a big head and keep your room clean.
